Wrongly calculated working days

Seemed to be a quite simple question but confused me for
sometime.

I'm using Project 2000, for a certain task starting from
Nov 25, ending on Nov 27. The total working days should
be '3'. However, mine always shows '2' working days in
total.

Also would like to know how did it come up with a total
task time like '65.13days, or 14.88days'? Is there any way
to make it without decimals?
