WSS and Project Server 2003

I try to adjust connection Project Server 2003 with SharePoint Server. On
page Connect to SharePoint server I have specified SharePoint Central
Administration URL and SharePoint Central Administration URL (test is ok)
when I press Save Changes, I receive a error " Project Server has failed to
set site properties on the newly created test site ". Please help me!
