WSS and Project Server integration

although i have followed installation steps correctly can see my issue
and risk in PWA but I am not able to create WSS sites for each project
so i want to uninstall and reinstall WSS on project server machine.
please guide me about the best practice to integrate WSS with project
server in my situation.
