WSS Custom Lists & Project Server Auth v. Windows Auth

I am building a custom list template using a (among other things) a lookup
column which gets information from User Info. It populates the dropdown with
users that have Windows Authentication credentials in Active Directory. I
would like to use this custom list template accross all Project subsites. My
question: is there a way to configure WSS to look at User Info from Windows
Authentication (Active Directory) AND Project Server Authentication (Project
Server's resource pool)?
