WSS error connecting to SharePoint Server

Hello,
after a long battle with Service Packs and DLLs issues i finally have both
Project server 2003 sp2a and SharePoint 2003 sp2 working.
The problem is when i connect project server with sharepoint because i get
this error:
"Project Server has failed to set site properties on the newly created test
site"
I did not find anything on the whole internet.

Could you say whether you are using Project Server 2003 with Windows
SharePoint Services or with SharePoint Portal Server 2003.?

Your subject and text don't really say.

It's SharePoint Services (not the portal version).
