WSS Fails to work on Server Reboot

Hi,
Whenever my environment is rebooted, I get the following error when trying
to get to Windows SharePoint Services:
"The account information for the Microsoft Office Project Server WSS Admin
COM+ application is incorrect.
To set the account information, run the PSCOMPlus tool installed with
Project Server, and set the Windows account that the component should run as."

If I run the PSComPlus.exe tool, and reset the domain username\passwrd,
using the same account used for installation, and then it will work. But
everytime the server is rebooted, I have to run PSComPlus.exe.

Is there anything that I am missing?? Any help would be appreciated!!
