WSS installation error

After installing Sql server and analysis services when try to install WSS it
can not be installed.configure administrative virtual server page is not
appearing at all . it is giving an error "application has gnerated an
exception that could not ne handled"
process id=0x1448(5192)
thread id=0x44c(5196)

Hope any one will find the solution and inform me to how get rid of this
problem.
note: installing project server in the HP blade server.

Not enough information.

Your question is the same as:
My car doesn't start, why?

You need to be more precise:

You installed what where?
What O/S? What SP? What IIS?
What SQL? What SP?
In a domain? Standalone?
Did you create a domain service account?
Did you create a SQL service account?
When did the install fail, after what step?
Did you pick "Typical Installation" or "Server Farm"?

For your information

Installed softwares on the Server :HP blade server BL 20p -

Windows 2003 enterprise edition with service pack 1

Sql Server 2000 with service pack 3

Analysis Services with service pack 3

Windows Share point Services with service pack 2

while installing sharepoint services with service pack 2 after selecting
the server firm option it is giving this error " stsadm.exe - Common Language
Runtime Debugging Services- Application has generated an exception that could
not be handled"

to resolve this I shifted the intallation of project server to another new
server where installation successfully completed.
