WSS issues and Project Server

Hello,

SharePoint issues :
How and where can we customize as default the three issue categories which
are displayed in the issue drop down list ?

Hi Newbie,
Log on with Administrator rights, select Issues for the site you wish to
modify. On the Issues page, select "Modify Settings and Columns" from the
left side menu.
On the Customise Issues page, select the "Category" column and you will be
presented with the "Change Column" page.
You'll see the Category selections listed in the box halfway down.
Simply replace these categories with the ones you want, one per line.
Click OK when done and your category choices will be changed!

But, if I understand well, this feature applies for only one project site :
the selected one. I would like to set the Category options for all the
projects (current and future) in my Project Server database.
Any idea ?

I'm afraid you'll need some elbow grease to modify the existing sites, or be
willing to regenerate them.

I bump against the #5 point:
5. Give your new site a Title such as Template, supply the Web Site Address
and then click the Create button
I don't know what kind of URL the system is waiting for. It refuses any URL
with ":"
;-(

I think that the soultion is not to enter the URL, but only the *name* of
the new site...
