Hi All,
We are having some issues with our PWA Sharepoint Sites. When we sync
the sharepoint sites (Admin > Manage Windows Sharepoint Services >
Manage Sharepoint Sites > Synchronize), some users in our ERP do not
get added even as Readers to the sharepoint site even if their
accounts are set to Windows Authentication mode. Upon further
investigation of the sharepoint site, I found out that their names are
already in the Manage Site Collection Users List (Site Settings > Go
to Site Administration > View Site Collection User Information). If I
remove their names in that list and run sync again, their names will
be added to the Manage Users List (Site Settings > Manage Users).
My question:
1. Why is their a disparity between these two lists?
2. How is the user's name added to the Manage Site Collection Users
List?
I am really at a loss on this issue and I badly need help. I have
tried to google about this issue but came up empty-handed.
