Whenever I create a new Sharepoint subweb for a project on Project Server
2003, the resources from the project are not synchronized to the subweb.
Instead, every single project project subweb has the exact same user list and
it seems to follow a pattern where Project Managers are populated as subweb
Readers, PS2003 Admins populated as WSS Web Administrators, and no one else.
And, as I said before, each subweb has practically the exact same user user
list, including sites that I could have sworn had the appropriate users
populated not too long ago. I am at a complete loss to understand what is
happening.
If it helps, the webserver shows no Event errors. Not to long ago a sizable
change was made to our Enterprise RBS to reflect organization changes. I
have also been experimenting with modifying some of the sharepoint content
through Frontpage 2003, as well as applying a customized site template when
Sharepoint creates new project subwebs.
I would appreciate any insight that can be offered.
