WSS v2 SERVICE PACK 2 ==> Project Server

Has anyone installed WSSv2 Service Pack 2 on thier servers runing MS Project
Server 2003?

If so, how did it go? Any issues to be concerned about?

Hello Michael,

It is a somewhat convoluted process to get them integrated and instructions I found on MS website weren't real clear. The biggest issue I found, which was really limited to our environment was the fact that WSS and Altiris don't work together at all. After further research we determined that this was due to IIS and the fact that WSS setup tries to comandeer the root web.

Jon - I am sorry for not being clear - I meant has anyone upgraded from WSS
version 2 SP1 to WSS version2 SP2 in an existing Project Server 2003
enviornement. Kinda wanna know if it is going to hose my system.


By the way - If you are a drinker, I am glad I am not your bartender. He is
probably sick of your whining. Thanks for your help.
