WSSWIZ.EXE on IIS VirtualServer with SSL.

I trying extend SharePoint Server with Project Server template. When i start
WSSWIZ.EXE on IIS VirtualServer with Requirte SSL, WSSWIZ.EXE stops with
error - "Microsoft.SharePoint.SPException: The server instance specified was
not found. Please specify the server's address and port. --->
System.Runtime.InteropServices.COMException (0x81070366): The server
instance specified was not found. Please specify the server's address and
port."
When I unchek Require SSL, WSSWIZ.EXE extending SharePoint and all OK.
But I need run WSSWIZ.EXE on IIS VirtualServer with SSL.
Please, HELP ME.
