WUID? Please Help!

From the PDS AssignmentsGet Method in the PDS help:

WUID:
Optional. Long value, representing the Web unique ID of the assignment to
return from the Web assignments table.

Does anybody know what this is?
Where can I see this in MS Project Client or Project Web Access?

The web unique id of the assignment is the wassn_id field on the
msp_web_assignments table.
