WYSIWYG in automated content

O

Oliverbones

Hi!

I'm using Word 2004 with Mac OS 10.3.8 and since I've updated to this
version, i'm not able to see or edit automated text like the table of
content or the date. I'm just seeing a formula like this one : { TOC\0
"1-3" }. The funny thing is that when I copy that formula and paste it
in textedit, I get the real text. Where is the setting to turn this off
and get to see what will be printed?

Thanks!

Oliver

Word/Preferences/View/Show: Field codes. Turn it off.
