Hello all
I have a worker who uses an exchange account and 2 POP email accounts. Their
default email account is 1 of the POP accounts. She has created distribution
lists that contain SMTP email addresses for the accounts that we currently
house on the exchange server, while most of them (our company accounts) are
correct there are about 4 - 5 accounts that will only use the x.400 address I
have tried putting their SMTP address in on the second email and deleting the
first one (this only worked on one account by the way.) It seems that her
Outlook is looking at the exchange server to check the email addresses for
the company and puts the x.400 address in her local contacts not the SMTP.
All her email's are sent via the POP account (mac.com)
Any Ideas would help.
Thank you in advance
