X Y graph does not have lines

When I make an X-Y graph in excel the lines do not appear, only the dots do. If I select the format with only lines, nothing appears. Why are the lines not appearing?

Magic ;-). One possibility is that you're plotting a set of cells
which have blank cell(s) in between the valid data cells. Excel does
not draw lines across blanks.

Failing that, could you post the actual workbook somewhere, or at the
very least, save the data region as a CSV and paste some of it in a
followup to this thread?
