Is this version of Office compatible with WinXP X64? Is it Compatible with

compatible with Windows XP SP-2 in both 32 and 64 bit flavors.

IIRC - the Scanning part of Microsoft Office Document Imaging has issues
with the 64 bit version of the operating systems.
