My company just upgraded our Outlook 2000 IS from the
limited storage 5.5 version to the unlimited storage
Enterprise version.
The problem we are having is that the name check function
is not finding email addresses from people's Outlook
Address Books. I have figured out that you can fix this
problem by going into Tools > Services to delete and re-
add the OAB. When you exit & log off, Outlook creates a
new link to the OAB and the name check finds your existing
contacts.
So, my question is ... is there something that can be done
on the back end to perform this function for ALL users, or
should I create a little video clip and send it to the 100
users on our system?
Thanks for any help you can give me.
