Xerox 850DP and Office 2003+W2K photo printing problem

When printing a photo from an office 2003 application the
picture will be compressed 2-5 times in the original size
of one picture. Note this happens within Office2003
applications that have a Windows 2000 OS only, XP works
fine. Thanks Jim
