Xfer Outlook Express 6 to Entourage 2008

I recently purchased an iMac and then loaded Office for Mac 2008 hoping to
use Entourage for email. On my old PC I've been using Outlook Express 6 for
a while and I'd like to know how to import my mail, folders and address book
into Entourage. Why doesn't MS make this easy to find/do on their website?
