xfr from Standard to Professional

I have professional at work, but would like to purchase Standard just to play
around with the software (I am new). Can I transfer projects back and forth
from Standard to Professional?? Does the Standard version lack functionality
other than the Sever stuff? I don't want to buy the Standard version if it
is totally different than Pro version. It would be nice if I could learn the
product at home that longer hours at work.

Anke --

The only difference between the Standard version and the Professional
version is that the Professional version is intended for use with Project
Server. If you purchase the Standard version for use at home, you can open
and save files between the two products. Hope this helps.
