XL(& Crash using clipboard with PIVOT tables

We use XL97 on Citrix and users need to copy and paste
from Pivot tables. Have tried many alternatives, file is
too big to save as etc...

Have read article KB162047 which says do not cut and paste
and that we should use copy and paste. But copy and paste
does not work either.

Any help would be appreciated
