XL2k3 adapter for HTMLData from OWC10?

My installation of XL2k3 appears not to read .wc stylesheet info for
persisted HTML data (e.g. WriteToFile(file.htm, objSS.HTMLData)).

When opening file.htm in XL2k3, I can't get the cell formatting back into
XL! But it appears just fine in IE. Is there an adapter/plugin I am
missing? If so, where?
