xlsm error when loading

When I try to load a xlsm file it gives me an error of unreadable content.
When I click yes to open it anyway, it tells me excel can't open it. It was
created in excel by someone else in my company. It opens on other computers.
I have macros enabled. What should I do?

Try installing the latest service pack and then doing a repair of Office.
(Diagnostic if 2007). Its good to delete the EXD and temp files using the
Temp File Deleter first, http://www.add-ins.com/temp_file_deleter.htm
