XLSX styles.xml <fgColor indexed="49"/>

The OpenXML docs say:
indexed: Indexed color value. Only used for backwards compatibility.
References a color in indexedColors.

However, Excel is using this, when Excel 2003 saves an XLSX file. So what
are these values?
