Hi guys,
I am trying to explore the possibility of using the wordprocessing
capabilities to populate a database. I am creating an word-XML template that
will allow me to "fill the blanks" and the data will end up in an access
database.
The XML schema was created by Access and Word seems to be reading it Ok. It
worked fine when it was a single table and the fields were fixed. However,
the database is a realtional database and I am supposed to type a list of
elements in my word document.
I would like to find a way to get Word to understand that each of the
elements in that list will become nodes in the XML document so I can populate
the child table with them.
So far I have not been able to tell word that each line in my list will be a
new "node" in the XML schema.
Any ideas??
Thanks
