XML Datasource

I have a XML file that is generated from a database when a
change/delete/update occurs. The key field is Project ID.

I have a drop down that populates the Project Name from the XML file.
Anytime the user chooses a Project Name it should populate a text box with
the ProjectID. But for some reason Infopath will only populate the ProjectID
text box with the first ProjectID in my XML file. Can some please help?
