XML </Duration> Format in Project 2003

I am using Project 2003 and exporting all data through the
XML reporting wizard. I want to use the <duration> field,
but am unsure of its format since I typically see values
like PT184H0M0S instead of numbers like "21" days for the
task duration. Please help me make sense of this value.

The xxHxMxS format is number of Hours, Minutes, and
Seconds - keeping in mind that the work days are typically
8 hours.
