XML ERROR in PivotTable

We are having a problem with a resource view in portfolio analyzer: Percent
of Time Reported by Bureau. We are unable to export this to excel. The files
creates a log that I captured..(it was not easy to find) so here is the error:

XML ERROR in PivotTable
REASON: Missing Tag
ACTION: Aborting current XML group
FILE: D:\DOCUME~1\ea01gmx\LOCALS~1\Temp\PivotTable15379.HTM
GROUP: PivotField
TAG: Name

Brenda: It sound like you may have a special character in the Resource Name
field. This can be caused becasuce there are charctors that are not allowed
in XML with out special encoding.

Check out Larry Duffs Blog he has a article on special chars that is very
good.
