xml expansion pack or smart document is missing or invalid

Using Word templates to print invoices from SBA Money, they use xml fields
for input...all of a sudden I get the message it will not print anymore.
What the heck?
I open one of the templates and I get the message "xml expansion pack or
smart document is missing or invalid". So, where did it go?

You need to ask in a support venue for SBA Money. It sounds like these
templates are actually Smart Documents. This is a very special, complex
programming interface with associated DLLs and special security
implementation. It's not something you're going to be able to trouble-shoot
with anyone who doesn't know the "guts" of these templates.

My best guess would be that something has been moved from where it was
originally installed.
