can someone help?

this appears when i insert my signture, but it isn't in the signature file.

<?xml:namespace prefix = o ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:eek:ffice:eek:ffice" />

also, it has only started to appear since i installed an outlook template.

any advice would be appreciated - thanks.
