XML Parser Failed & ConnectSVC Errors

Hi

I am working with a server with Project Server 2003 installed that is
getting the following errors displayed in the event log associated with
Project Server:

These errors are filling up the event log every few days so any help
resolving would be greatly appreciated.

Actually I don't have an answer but I am getting similar errors but we have
been using MSP2003 since last year. We have applied SP1 but since we do not
have SharePoint we are not installing SP2 until next year when we upgrade our
computer system. Any ideas what might be causing these error would be
appreciated.
