xml question

my xml documents have been being saved to \\ou1 until recently when my
network drive died. i had a backup of the xml files and loaded them on
another network drive \\ou2. my problem is everytime i open an xml file it
tries to search for the file on \\ou1. is there a way to point these files
in the right direction?

I'm assuming that when you say "it tries to search for the file on \\ou1",
you mean that the InfoPath form is trying to find its corresponding template
on \\ou1. If this is the case, you can open the InfoPath form (XML file) in
Notepad, and change the processing instruction that points to the form
template from \\ou1 to \\ou2. Hopefully you also had a backup of the form
template and have published that to a location on \\ou2? The following video

shows you how to open an InfoPath form in Notepad (4:34 minute mark) and find
the location of the form template it is bound to (4:52 minute mark). You can
change that location to point to the correct form template.
