XML Schema

I'm new to XML, so when I wanted to open an XML Schema this is the error
message that I get "The XML expantion pack or Schema file could not be
installed".
Please advice thanks

Hi Letichia,

There are a couple of things that may generate that message.

What languages are enabled on your PC and in Office 2003?

Are you using an Office 2003 Professional Edition package or ????

What are the steps you're using when you get this message?

Do you mean programming langauge or just Language? (English). I've got Office
2003 prof. I can open an XML file in word but the problem is when I go to
Tools >> Templates and add-ins >> XML Schema >> Add Schema I then go and
choose an XML file.
