Where can I find a InfoPath XML to Word xslt conversion?

I have tried to create a print view from scratch and have a real difficult
time with page breaking.

I have a form which collects a response (Y, N, N/A), but also requires the
users to explain No answers. Since their explanation will vary from question
to question, I have know way of knowing when the page break will occur.

I found the file XML2WORD.XSL in the root of my OFFICE11 folder and tried to
creat a "Word" Print view; however, when the print action is initiated I
receive a pop-up error message stating, "There was an error in creating a
document to print this form with Microsoft Office Word."

I can print straight from InfoPath, but the table borders do not repeat on
pages where the cell crosses pages.

It is for converting rich text, but you should be able to use the technique
demonstrated to convert an entire form using XSLT.
