xml toolbox

I have word 2003 and i am creating a schema. Do I need to install an add-in
in order to get the xml toolbox?

The XML toolbox is an addin you can download from microsoft.com, yes. It
doesn't come with Word. But you don't *have* to have it in order to create or
use a schema.
