Hi Kathy,

MS Office XP Small Business Edition is an OEM
package (i.e. it's not authorized for sale
by MS except through a dealer with a new PC).

The boxed retail MS Office XP products can be installed
on a laptop and a desktop PC and can be moved later.
The OEM copy is limited to a single machine install
and cannot be transferred to a different machine once
activated. Check the End User License Agreement (EULA)
in the Help menu of your Office XP apps.
