Hi does anyone have any suggestions on how to get windows
xp clients that are in a remote site to join an SBS
domain server that's located at the main corporate site?
we're using checkpoint firewalls on both ends to create a
site to site vpn tunnel. the vpns are handing out dhcp
and dns. the clients are xp pro sp1. Server is sbs.
The domain is in the form of corp.company.com and the
clients at the corporate site all work fine.
It's just the remote clients.
I'm not aware of any filters on the vpn tunnel to block
anything. We can ping the server from the remote site,
and even map a drive to it from the remote computers, and
the users can authenticate to the domain, just not the
workstations. Our problem is that we can't use any
resources from these workstations because they won't
authenticate...
any help would be appreciated.
thx
