XP DEVELOPER ACCESS QUESTION

I have Access XP, and Office Developer XP I purchased to be able to generate
my Access databases (compile?) to install on computers that do not have
Access. Is there any easy way to do this or what are the procedures to
accomplish this. ANY info will be helpful as the books are a little
confusing.
