XP Embedded IE6 with Powerpoint 03 mht file

I am presenting a powerpoint 2003 document on the web using a mht single
file. I have a scrolling ticker that I had created that works fine from a
normal desktop with IE 6 or 7, but when I'm using a thin client with XP
Embedded with IE6, I don't see the scrolling ticker at all.

Any ideas why it won't show up?

How are you doing the ticker?

It's a text box placed to the left of the slide, with an effect of crawl in
from the right...so in effect, it scrolls across the slide like a ticker.
