When you first use the Fx function in a spreadsheet (each
time you start Excel) Windows starts the Publisher
installation program and asks for the install discs.

Publisher is already installed and activated.

What is the work around?

Try going to Add/Remove Programs in your control Panel. Click on Office and
"Change". Check to see which items are set to work off the disk...you may
want to start some of those from the computer.
