XP HE and FP98

Bear with me, I am new at this. I have a Windows XP machine and FP 98. I know that PWS doesn't work on XP HE and it also does not have IIS. When I open FP and try to get to my webpage, I get a message saying "No server on Port 80 at XXX" XXX= my computer name. Can someone please tell me exactly what I need to do to get this working? As I said, I am not a computer whiz and need info that is easily understandable. Thanks for your help.

Run a reinstall (or add remove components) of FP98 and remove PWS

On WinXp Home you are limited to Disc Based Webs (DBW) locally,
and FP98 was designed for server based webs
(very painfully you can use it for DBW)
- To open a local DBW you will need to Type in the Full Path to the disc folder containing the local web

IMHO
time to upgrade FP
