xp home edition

The above mentioned software was already istalled when I
bought my computer about 6 mons ago. I typed a term paper
and when I tried to print it out my whole system froze up.
I had to boot up again and of course lost some of my work.
A note popped up to contact Microsoft, which I did several
times; however, to no avail. I also contacted the
computer store where I bought it, but they told me to
contact Microsoft too.
Does somebody have any idea on what I could do?

Thanks.

Your going to have to supply more information about what
is happening or error messages that you see.
Is it Registration related ?

XP Home Edition is the Operating System that runs your computer. What
Office Suite version do you have installed?
