Do I have to spend $180.00 to upgrade from XP Home to XP Pro just to build
ASP pages using DWMX? Is there no way to do this in Dreamweaver using xp
home edition?

Perhaps you would get a better answer in either a Windows XP or Dreamweaver
newsgroup. This one is for Microsoft Access database software, which doesn't
seem to be involved in your question.
