Put the shortcut to Outlook.exe in your startup folder. Once Outlook is
open, go to tools->options->other->advanced and select Calendar from the
dropdown where it offers you the option to startup in this folder. Outlook
will open once you have your machine turned on and will display the calendar
as the first window you see..

Thank you for your answer, but I am a beginner and I do not know where is that startup folder and how to drop the Outlook.exe. Do I have to go to Run and then type MSCONFIG? Sorry, but if you could be a little bit more speficic I would appreciated. G

Right click your start button and select explore. Go to the Startup folder
under your programs listing. Right click in the open area and select new
shortcut. In the shortcut box, easiest way is to select Browse. Browse
your drive for Microsoft Office. Then, go to the OUtlook.exe file and click
on it and select Okay. Okay out and you now have a shortcut to Outlook in
your startup folder so Outlook will start when you start your computer.
