XP Office 2002 Upgrade to Office 2003 Transform error message

Below is the error message I get when I try to upgrade
from XP Office 2002 to XP office 2003. The operating
sysem is XP Professional.

Error applying transforms. Verify that the specified
transform paths are valid.

Any resolutions?????
