XP Office cannot find msgr??32.dll, msspell3.dll or mssp282.dll

XP Office word cannot find the grammar file msgr??32.dll nor can it word find
the spelling file msspell3.dll or mssp232.dll. I've installed XP Office Pro
twice over Vista and get the same error when running spell and grammar check.
How do I correct this?
