XP Office Pro 2003 Installation

My old computer has Office 97 - Word, excel, Power Point,
Binder. I upgraded from Office 95 but I can not find the
disk - or however I managed to upgrade. 2003 XP Office Pro
will not accept eith the 95 Disk or the upgrade product
key. How can I get around this problem?
