XP Office

We have Windows XP SP1, Office XP sp3. As usual all
things running fine. Now one user when in Word or Excel,
when navigating to network or local drive folders, it's
slow, but will come up. When using Windows Explorer, same
folders, it's rather quick. I have uninstall/reinstall
Office XP. No help. Need help!
