I recently purchased office pro(update) to update office
XP that came with my computer. I have been unable to get
it to install. It keeps coming back with the
message "failed to find a qualifying product." The
computer store assures me that this is the right product.
Are the OEM products not upgradeable. I have tried
uninstalling the current office program and reinstalling
it with the master discs to no avail. Any help would be
appreciated.
